• Referral and Affiliate Tracking Data: When visitors arrive via an affiliate or referral link (using tracking parameters such as ?ref=username), we collect and store the referral identifier, click timestamp, device/browser data, and subsequent conversion events (such as account creation or subscription checkout) to attribute referrals.
• Uploaded Content: We collect and store the Creator Store Data, Course Data, Booking Data, and any digital products or media you upload to the platform.
• Usage Analytics: We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

Affiliate Attribution Cookies: When a prospective user visits TROK via an affiliate link (e.g. ?ref=...), we deploy an attribution cookie with a duration of up to thirty (30) days. • Affiliate Partners: If you register or purchase a subscription through an affiliate referral link, limited non-sensitive attribution data (such as referral timestamp, subscription plan tier, and active status) is displayed in the referring affiliate's dashboard for commission reporting. We never disclose your payment card information, billing details, or private files to affiliates.
• Between Creators and Customers: If you purchase a product or course from a Creator, necessary information (like your email) is shared with that Creator to fulfill the purchase.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
